Very tasty sandwiches (toasted), cakes and cappuccino (Siebträgermaschine so that's a big plus). Ideal before taking the train after an MTB tour The staff is very friendly as well. As the workday was about to end, they even offered us Semmel free of cost :) Directly at Bahnhof Mittenwald, very convenient. I'd give this place 6 out of 5 stars!

Only four stars because you have to use the public toilets and they were very disgusting (that day). Otherwise very nice and rich breakfast.

Very disappointing. Before our visit we had called to ask if there was WiFi for guests. Thereupon it was immediately hung up. When I tried to call again immediately because the connection was broken, the call was no longer accepted. Simply impossible and not customer-friendly at all. I cannot recommend it. This is an important point, especially for tourists, because of course you want to find out about the possibilities nearby.

Nice cafe in the middle of the station of Mittenwald. Good selection, cappuccino, etc. very lovingly prepared and the staff is only young people is very nice and relaxed and to look at the nice! 😉

We started our morning with their coffee and a pretzel as we waited for our train to Innsbruck, and it was absolutely delicious. In fact we ordered twice because we couldn't get enough. The part my wife and I will never forget though is our journey back to Das Lokal from Innsbruck. As our train pulled up to the Mittenwald station we saw them closing up for the night. It was raining and we realized we had just missed the last bus to Kaltenbrunn for the night. There were no cabs outside either. We were stuck. Luckily we just happened to run into the owner of Das Lokal, and in a panic, asked if he could call us a cab. Not only did he call us a cab but he invited us inside from the rain and let us sample wine while having a great conversation. He went above and beyond. His kindness is something my wife and I will never forget. No trip to Mittenwald is complete without a stop into Das Lokal. Whether you need a latte or a bottle of wine Das Lokal can't be beat! Thanks again Klaus!

Is in the station of Mittenwald. Very nice restaurant and nice atmosphere. Went there for breakfast, but also lunch and dinner. Service very nice and accommodating. There is really delicious coffee and a wide selection of different teas. Here you feel comfortable and welcome. We recommend!

A very good restaurant! :) for a small train station - excellent. Very friendly service, a cozy atmosphere. It only lacks a demarcation from the entire station room, so you can enjoy full coziness.

Such a cozy place! There is a fireplace in the center, plenty of siting options, nice stuff, great mountain view from the windows, huge variety of tea, coffee and anything else you might need to fuel up before the train/bus or right after one. Don’t miss your train enjoying the place!

Cozy restaurant at the Mittenwald train station. Ideal for breakfast. We also had vegan spreads on request.👍 Beans from the Murnau coffee roaster are used for the coffee. The coffee selection focuses on classic espresso preparations. The coffee tastes correspondingly dark. Large selection of beans to take away.
